Dear HRBYCA Clubs,

Please share this very important information with all of your club’s members. As a result of the passage of Brianna’s law, any of your members who are born after 1/1/93 as of 1/1/20 will need to have boating safety education.

This means anyone who is 27 years old or younger as of January 1, 2020 needs this education. And each year thereafter, more of us will need to have mandatory boating safety education – please see the link below for how to take an in classroom or online course.
