DESCRIPTION:Decorate your boat in red\, white\, and blue – and your club colors – and come join other HRBYCA boats in a flotilla heading from the Tappan Zee to the Bear Mountain Bridge! \nThe plan is to meet up just north of the Tappan Zee (near Washington Irving) and work our way up north to the Bear Mountain Bridge. The goal is to pass as many member clubs (and towns) along the way.
