DESCRIPTION:Hudson River Boat and Yacht Club Association\nSept. 25th. General Meeting \nOssining Boat & Canoe Club \n1 Westerly Rd. Ossining\, NY 10562 \nCommodore Mike Pavelchek and the members of the Ossining Boat & Canoe Club\, invite all HRBYCA club members to our next meeting on Tuesday Sept. 25th. Meet and greet starts at 6:00 pm followed by dinner prepared by the OBCC team. \nGet there early and enjoy the sunset views from the rear seating area. \nGuest Speaker:\nBob Boothe\, a Croton Yacht Club member and sailor\, has accepted our invitation to be the featured speaker. The evening’s topic:  The Hudson –  “The river that defined America.  Highlights of the Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area.”  Bob is currently a volunteer with the National Park Service.  During the summer months Bob presents programs on board Amtrak trains\, traveling along the Hudson\, pointing out and discussing the highlights. A slide presentation will also be shown. \nNew webite:\nPlease take a minute and visit our new website; www.hrbyca.org Add this new site to your club’s list of web links.  Send any upcoming club events\, photos\, or comments to info@hrbyca.org. Future HRBYCA meetings will also be listed. A special thanks to Keira Burtch from MYC for her help in developing this new website. \n2019 Elections.  Call for nominations.\nWe need your voice to be heard on matters regarding recreational boating and issues impacting the Hudson.
